MAdKuM is a local computer service in Warsaw Rembertow. I repair laptops, desktops, and select electronic devices. If your computer runs slowly, overheats, does not start, shows system errors, restarts randomly or needs an upgrade, I can check the hardware and suggest a practical solution.
Not every repair is cost-effective. For older hardware, liquid spills, heavily damaged motherboards, or failed previous repair attempts, I assess the risks and costs before recommending further steps.

Diagnostics and Pricing
An initial assessment based on your description, photos, or a quick check is free of charge. If finding the problem requires disassembly, measurements, short-circuit detection, motherboard analysis or microscope work, an extended diagnostics charge starting from 150 PLN may apply.
I always inform you of the estimated cost before starting any paid repair. Prices in the price list are estimates and cover labour only. Replacement parts (such as drives, batteries, keyboards, screens, or power supplies) are quoted separately.

When is it worth repairing, and when to let go?
In many cases, an older laptop can be sped up significantly by upgrading the drive to an SSD, adding more RAM, cleaning the cooling system, and performing a clean system installation. You do not always need to buy a new computer.
On the other hand, in cases of severe liquid damage, burned motherboards, expensive replacement parts, or laptops with heavily broken casings, the repair cost might exceed the value of the device. In these situations, I will clearly tell you if the repair makes sense.
