What Data We Process
Depending on how you contact us, the following data may be processed: name, e-mail address, phone number, message content, device details provided in the request, photos or files attached to the form, technical logs related to website usage, and data required to protect forms against spam.
Please do not send any personal data that is not necessary to evaluate or perform the repair.
Purposes of Data Processing

- answering e-mail messages and phone calls,
- preliminary diagnostics and preparing price quotes,
- arranging appointment dates for device drop-off or consultations,
- handling attachments sent by the client,
- protecting the contact form against spam and abuse,

Contact Form and Attachments
The contact form allows you to send messages and attach files (e.g. photos of device damage). Attachments are used only to evaluate the request and communicate with you.
Do not send photos of documents, passwords, access codes, payment card details, or any other sensitive data that is not needed for the repair.
Technical Providers
We use trusted technical providers to run the website and contact form. They may process data to the extent necessary to deliver their services.
- Cloudflare - hosting, security, traffic routing, website and form protection,
- Cloudflare Turnstile - contact form protection against spam and bots,
- Resend - technical delivery of e-mail messages sent via the contact form.
Data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their privacy policies and data processing agreements where applicable.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated bot submissions. Turnstile helps distinguish human users from bots and may process technical data to assess submission security.
Turnstile is loaded only on pages where the contact form is present. It is not used for advertising purposes.
Resend and E-mail Delivery
Messages sent via the contact form are forwarded by the Resend service to MAdKuM's contact mailbox. Form data is stored in the e-mail inbox and used to handle your request.
Replies to inquiries are sent to the e-mail address or phone number provided by the user.
Technical Logs and Website Security
When you use the website, basic technical logs may be processed, including IP address, browser information, request timestamps, errors, or security events. This data is used to maintain the website, detect abuse, and ensure overall security.
Analytics and Marketing
The website currently does not use Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, remarketing, or behaviour-tracking tools like Hotjar.
If any analytical or marketing tools requiring consent are added in the future, this privacy policy and the cookie policy will be updated.
Data Retention
Correspondence data is retained for the period necessary to handle the request, perform the service, communicate with the client, and defend against potential claims.
Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. The retention period depends on the nature of the case, legal requirements, and the necessity to document the handling of the request.
